Happy Turkey Day!

My sister and her family came down for Thanksgiving, which meant I got to see my kiddos! I hate not seeing them as much, but it makes it so fun when we do get to see each other. We all had Thanksgiving at my parents new house, which was awesome for the family.

My little Taters.

Everyone LOVED playing pool. The kids learned so quickly and were so ready to challenge the adults.
The thing I'm most thankful for, my wonderful husband and our eternal marriage.

Birthday Bliss

November is a busy month for birthdays in my family. I turned 24 on the 10th! My dad celebrated his birthday on the 13th, in which he was on the USS Ronald Reagan helping out with the cruise ship that had malfunctioned. And my little sister celebrated her 16th birthday on the 16th..her golden birthday. 3 birthdays in 6 days!!! Usually we will all do one thing to celebrate all 3 birthdays, but this year we just did our own thing.

Trevor and I celebrated my birthday early at Disneyland! Everything was decorated for Christmas and I loved it! It brought back memories.

It was the most PERFECT day! We got there at 2 and rode every single ride we wanted by 6. We walked on everything. Since we got done early, we had dinner at The Cheesecake Factory...delicious!

The next day, we had a birthday dinner with mine and Trevor's family. Then we came back to our house and had cake!

THEN...for my actual birthday present, we took my mom and sister to the So You Think You Can Dance concert. My favorite dance Fix You with my all time favorite dancer Allison!

I was one spoiled girl getting to do so many fun things. Trevor sure did make it such a great birthday!

Family Mascot

In May, we made a trip up to Sacramento to pick up our newest family member. He is a handsome, not so little puppy named Khan. We had debated for a while whether or not to get a dog. I had never really grown up with them, I was always scared of them, I got my mom's OCD with cleaning and with my germaphobe habits, it was a difficult decision for me. But, we wanted to get a dog as a source of protection for me and company while Trevor's at work. The first few months were SO difficult, but he shaped up very quickly, which was good for me. He learns so fast and is already full of tricks. And he is all personality. Everyone that meets him, falls right in love with him. He definitely stole my heart for one who never really was around dogs and has become Trevor's best friend. He was born the day before we got married, so he's our special little guy. He is the mascot of this family.

The first night we brought him home and he was already getting the ball.
 He was so tiny.

 Daddy's best friend.

Oh Happy Day!

Tevor and I were sealed for time and all eternity on March 20, 2010 in the Bountiful temple. It was the most perfect day! So many friends and family were there to celebrate the day with us (a lot came from out of state too). The sky was so blue...despite snowing the entire day before. The whole day was just perfect!

Catching Up!

I am such a slacker! It has been over a year since I have done anything with this blog. Now that I'm settled, I'm going to try and be on here more often...TRY. I still don't really know what I'm doing, but hopefully I'll figure it all out.

The last time I was on here, I had just become an engaged woman! I had been living in Florida dancing and performing for Disney World. It was one of the greatest experiences of my life. I got to dance, sing and do puppetry for different shows and parades around Disney. There's no better way to to get paid than to do what you love. Trevor and I had kept a long distance relationship and soon after he proposed, I packed everything up and went back home to Utah to plan the wedding...and we figured it was easier to travel from Utah to Cali than Florida and Cali. I miss Disney SO incredibly much, and there are times I wish I could still be out there, but I would not trade being Mrs. Trevor Morin for anything!
